Coronavirus Customer Notice

To our valued customers

As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, the health and safety of our customers, employees and communities continues to be our top priority.  Over the last two weeks we have implemented a number of changes in our locations to not only protect our employees and customers, but also to ensure that we will be available to serve you during the spring planting, mowing and construction seasons.

Considering Governor Tim Walz’s recent executive order, along with our commitment to you, we have decided to remain operational while preventing public access to our locations.  This will take effect Friday, March 27th beginning at 5:00PM.  We feel that this is the best way to ensure our long-term availability to you while doing our part to help slow the spread of the virus.

While our locations will be closed to customer traffic, our dedicated Parts, Service and Sales professionals continue to work onsite and are readily available to serve you.  Please visit our website at to see how easy it is to order parts, schedule service or purchase equipment on-line.  Our website also explains all the options available to you with ‘no contact’ service to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy.  As always, please feel free to call any of our locations and we’d be happy to assist you over the phone.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unique time.  Thank you also for your commitment to feed and fuel the world.  We will continue to monitor the latest impacts and actions related to the coronavirus and provide updates as the situation evolves.

The entire Midwest Machinery family truly appreciates your business and wishes you and your family well during these trying times.
